I recently ordered prints with a grain finish, assuming it was the same option we had always chosen in the past. However, I noticed that our order history was no longer accessible on my account with POD. When the prints arrived, they didn’t match the look of the ones we had printed previously, which really bothered me as they wouldn’t look cohesive with the rest of our collection.

Awesome printing. I took an old map and removed the background and printed it custom on wood! The ink is thick and map details are super crisp and clean. The team at Prints on Wood is also awesome. I am a long time satisfied customer, but recently had an experience that made me want to leave a glowing review. I recently ordered Four 5x7 Photo Tiles as a valentines gift. They were printed quickly and shipped in plenty of time to arrive for Valentines Day, but a recent huge storm across the US caused a weather delay with shipment that resulted in about 10 days of inactivity on the tracking information. Concerned that I wouldn't receive the prints in time, or at all - - I reached out to the customer service folks.

Kris and Julie quickly evaluated the situation, understood my concerns and promptly initiated reprinting and expedited shipping to me to assure that I would have a valentines day gift for my wife. The quality of Woodsnap’s products is high but their customer service is professional, accommodating and professional (especially Kris Dzvonick and Julie Lynn)!! They go out of their way in this area.

I ordered a print as a gift and it wasn’t delivered (either stolen or never dropped off) and Jo at Woodsnap was super helpful in getting a replacement and making sure it was delivered (with signature). I found WoodSnap after browsing the web for a 5 year wedding anniversary gift (wood) for my husband. I wanted to have our invitations printed on wood. I used their chat feature to ask some questions regarding how the invitations might look etc. Julie not only provided details but let me send her pictures to review and we even spoke on the phone.
