Prints on Wood will not be responsible for reprinting or refunding orders that result from customer errors, including but not limited to selecting the wrong print finish type.

I recently ordered prints with a grain finish, assuming it was the same option we had always chosen in the past. However, I noticed that our order history was no longer accessible on my account with POD. When the prints arrived, they didn’t match the look of the ones we had printed previously, which really bothered me as they wouldn’t look cohesive with the rest of our collection.
I reached out to POD, and thanks to Julie, I remained a happy customer. Julie went above and beyond to address the issue, taking the time to truly understand my concerns and staying in touch through both emails and phone calls. These days, how many online companies offer that level of personalized service? Most of the time, if there’s an issue, companies just brush it off, leaving customers to look for a replacement. Awesome printing. I took an old map and removed the background and printed it custom on wood! The ink is thick and map details are super crisp and clean. The team at Prints on Wood is also awesome. I worked with Julie and she made sure that the custom print was perfect. Great experience overall I am happy to be a customer!
I am a long time satisfied customer, but recently had an experience that made me want to leave a glowing review. I recently ordered Four 5x7 Photo Tiles as a valentines gift. They were printed quickly and shipped in plenty of time to arrive for Valentines Day, but a recent huge storm across the US caused a weather delay with shipment that resulted in about 10 days of inactivity on the tracking information. Concerned that I wouldn't receive the prints in time, or at all - - I reached out to the customer service folks.
TOP NOTCH - Great Customer service. Kris and Julie quickly evaluated the situation, understood my concerns and promptly initiated reprinting and expedited shipping to me to assure that I would have a valentines day gift for my wife. Their follow-ups and communication was timely and efficient - and they were fantastic to work with.
These folks offer several really unique and stylish ways of displaying your treasured images - Give them a try. If any issues develop - they will have you covered. 5 Stars - no hesitation.
The quality of Woodsnap’s products is high but their customer service is professional, accommodating and professional (especially Kris Dzvonick and Julie Lynn)!! They go out of their way in this area.
I ordered a print as a gift and it wasn’t delivered (either stolen or never dropped off) and Jo at Woodsnap was super helpful in getting a replacement and making sure it was delivered (with signature). I really appreciated the extra customer service! In addition, the print looks awesome and is very sturdy and high quality. I’ll for sure order from them again!
I needed to create something out of nothing with an odd photo that I wanted to have printed on wood as a keepsake gift. WoodSnap did a fantastic job of cleaning up the file and the final result is better than expected. Very heavy and has a real heft. Super pleased with the result!
I bought two bamboo photo blocks for Mother’s Day. There were some complications placing the order and customer service (Julie) was excellent in resolving them quickly and getting the order delivered on time. Really excellent service and quality.
